Warranty Policy
Modern technologies, as well as high quality production and components, guarantee the trouble-free operation of GEELY vehicles. Any malfunction or deterioration in consumer properties caused by manufacturing defects will be corrected under the terms of a guarantee within 5 years after purchase or within 150,000 km of run.
Follow the recommendations set out in the car operation Manual and Service book and you will be able to use GEELY as comfortably as possible. Geely authorized dealers are certified for professional maintenance, including diagnostic equipment, special tools, original spare parts, and specially trained technical personnel.
Geely kindly provides all the necessary support during the ownership period, putting the convenience and satisfaction of the owner as the first priority.

GEELY warranty is provided for a car irrespective whether you are the first or the next user of the car. Owing to 5-year GEELY warranty, the balance value of the car remains high in its resale.
In a warranty case, the repair of the vehicle will be performed at the expense of GEELY MOTORS including towing to the authorized dealer. When contacting authorized dealer in CIS countries regarding warranty case, your expenses will be fully compensated upon return.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The warranty covers GEELY cars bought from GEELY MOTORS authorized dealership after July 1, 2019 (inclusive) and used on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Service Book
Details on warranty terms and conditions are described in the Service Book handed over to the customer at the time of the car purchase. In relations between the customer and the dealer, the conditions stated in the Service Book prevail.
Recognition of the warranty case
The decision of the recognition of the individual case as a warranty case is taken exclusively by authorized GEELY dealer under their own liability and without prior approval of GEELY MOTORS. Authorized GEELY dealer takes such decision according to the provisions given in GEELY Warranty Policy, as well as based on the mode and conditions of operation of each specific car.
Modification of warranty terms and conditions
GEELY MOTORS aims at constant improvement of their products. These improvements can affect your car, so warranty conditions may be modified for the benefit of the customer, but without prior notice.
Basic warranty
Warranty period for all the parts of GEELY car, unless expressly specified, is 5 years from the sale date or 150,000 km of mileage, whichever comes first. Specifically stated parts include parts with specific performance properties, as well as the parts subject to natural wear.
Warranty scope
GEELY guarantees that a new car is free from any material or assembly defects. GEELY authorized dealer will perform diagnostics, settings, repair using original GEELY spare parts to eliminate any fault covered by warranty conditions for the customer free of charge. Spare parts replaced during warranty repair are covered by warranty before the expiration of the warranty period for the car.
Battery
Warranty period for the battery installed by the manufacturer is 12 months or 15,000 km, whichever comes first. The warranty period for the battery of the ERA-GLONASS system installed by the car manufacturer is 36 months from the date of the car sale without a mileage limit.
Vehicle tires
The warranty for the vehicle tires installed by the car manufacturer is provided by the tire manufacturer. Check the warranty conditions for the tires using the public sources provided by the tire manufacturers.
A/C System
The car manufacturer ensures that the A/C system of the new car is filled with refrigerant and ready for functioning without top-up during 6 months from the sale date. In a warranty case related to A/C system, the refrigerant cost is covered by GEELY warranty.
Supplementary equipment
Warranty for supplementary equipment purchased from the authorized dealer is provided by its manufacturer. The authorized dealer is responsible for the fulfillment of warranty obligations by the manufacturer of supplementary equipment.
Spare parts
The warranty for GEELY original spare parts replaced during commercial repair is 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first.
Multimedia and audio components
The warranty for multimedia and audio components installed by the car manufacturer is 36 months or 60,000 km, whichever comes first.
COMPONENTS SUBJECT TO NATURAL WEAR
During normal operation process some components of the cars require attention and should be replaced when necessary by the authorized dealer during servicing. Such components are subjected to natural wear which occurs not due to the manufacturing defects or low-quality materials.* The replacement of such components is done at the expenses of the owner, if only the fault is not due to the manufacturing defect. The decision about the recognition of the case as a warranty case is taken by the authorized dealer.
Natural wear is a normal deterioration of the workability of the part due to the normal operation or normal impact of the environment. The intensity of the wear and the service life of the part depends on the operation conditions (type of load, specific pressure value, temperature, driving modes, driving methods etc.) as well as the spare parts materials, assembly adjustment, timeliness and completeness of the maintenance works, observance of the rules and conditions of the car operation set out in User Manual and Geely Service Book.

- Glow lamps of the headlamps, lights and dome lamps, combination lamps connectors
- Fuses
- Wiper blades
- Brake pads
- Brake discs
- Wheels discs
- Clutch friction plate
- Clutch chassis (basket)
- Spark plugs
- Drive belts of suspended engines
- Rubber protective covers, seals, dust caps and bushings
- Remote control power supply element
For the following components:
- Chrome-plated body and interior elements
- Windshield & Window Glass
For the following components:
- Hoses and junction pipes
- Exhaust system elements
- Mechanisms and motors for power windows and mirrors
For the following components:
- Dampers and shock absorbers
- Thrust bearings of suspension shock absorber studs
- Ball rolling bearings
- Ball joints of the suspension and steering mechanism parts
– The conditions are determined for the occurrence of natural wear during 12 months or 15,000 km from the date of the sale to the first owner, whichever comes first.
– The conditions are determined for the occurrence of natural wear during 36 months or 60,000 km from the date of the sale to the first owner, whichever comes first.
– The conditions are determined for the occurrence of natural wear during 70,000 km without the limitation of the operation period within warranty period.
